Description | In Göfis traces of a deposit on a hilltop ("Hügel Küferle bei Tufers"), of a burning activity close to the ruins of the "Heidenburg" from the late Roman and early Medieval period could be determined as well as a hilltop settlement on top of the "Hochwindenkopf". The earliest known finds in this area are dated in the Bronze age. Further historical sights in the surrounding are e.g. the Castle ruin Sigberg and the already mentioned Castle ruin Heidenburg. |
